When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, treatment of interest and message. We only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry — we don't ask for anything beyond that.

Your enquiry is sent directly to our studio inbox (via the Resend email service) so we can reply and arrange a consultation. We do not run a database or store your details in any other system, and we never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. The reviews shown on our Reviews section are pulled from our public Google Business Profile via Google's Places API, and our WhatsApp and Instagram links take you to those platforms directly — each is covered by that provider's own privacy policy once you're on their site. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format.
